ACT NO.6600 BILL NO. 25-0073 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To rezone Plot Nos. 3 and 3A Estate Hartman, East End Quarter, St. Croix, from A-1 (Agricultural) to B-3 (Business — Scattered) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-8 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot Nos. 3 and 3A Estate Hartman, East End Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 2.4 acres, as shown on OLG Drawing No. 3251, dated December 22, 1975, and revised on February 13, 1978, from A-1 (Agricultural) to B-3 (Business — Scattered).
