UNIVERSITY OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS APPROPRIATION REQUEST RESOLUTION FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 Authorizing submission of the FY2021 appropriation request for operating expenses, debt service, mandated and miscellaneous programs. Sheen St. Croix Campus; (j) Work towards accreditation of Social Work degree program; (k) Matching funds for the VI-EPSCoR program; (l) Congressional scholarship opportunities for students; (m) Outstanding obligation to FEMA; (n) UVI Labor Force Survey; (o) UVI Marine Advisory Service to assist with facilitating swimming sessions for local students; and (p) UVI Health Insurance Premium Increase. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The University is authorized to request a FY2020-2021 appropriation of $40,227,788, to cover salaries, benefits, equipment, supplies, and incidental expenses of the University for its operations and programs as detailed in Exhibit “A”. Section 2.
