ACTNO, 6921 BILL NO. 27-0019 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGROMSRNOBS Regular Session 2007 An Act mandating that the Executive Director of the Housing Finance Authority and the Commissioner of Housing Parks and Recreation make quarterly reports on the status of housing in the territory and to make those reports available to the Committee on Housing Sports and Veterans Affairs of the Legislature ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The Executive Director of the Housing Finance Authority and the Commissioner of the Department of Housing Parks and Recreation shall make quarterly reports to the Committee on Housing Sports and Veterans Affairs of the Legislature or its successor committee, on the status of housing in the territory, problems affecting housing and the action taken that would affect the cost and standard of living in public housing and affordable housing in the territory.
