ACTNO, 808° BILL NO. 32-0153 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-20-11W issued to David McDaniel and Cheryl McDaniel WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-20-11W to David McDaniel and Cheryl McDaniel on November 9, 2016, which the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved on February 10, 2017; and WHEREAS, the Permit allows David McDaniel and Chery! McDaniel the use and occupancy of a rectangular-shaped floating dock with 153ft of water area during the months of November through May, seaward of Parcel No. 200-C-2A Estate Fish Bay, St. John, Virgin Istands; and WHEREAS, title 12 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 21, section 911, subsection (e) provides that the Governor's approval of a coastal zone permit must be ratified by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, the Legislature has determined that the grant of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. …
