ACTNO, 7015 BILL NO. 27-0186 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act amending 33 V.LC:, chapter 3, section 43 (f) to increase the gross receipt exemption on businesses whose gross income is less than $150,000 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 43 (f) is amended by striking “$5,000” and inserting “$9,000”. SECTION 2. Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 43 (f) is amended by striking “$150,000” wherever it appears and inserting “$225,000” in its place.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 22, 2008.
