/ LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS CERTIFICATE OF ENACTMENT NOTWITHSTANDING THE GOVERNOR’S VETO THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT, Bill No. 34-0186-An Act amending title 32 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 21, article VI. section 435(bflA), relating to the licensing of approved hotels under the Virgin Islands Casino and Resort Control Act, to reduce the licensing requirement that a Casino IV establishment have banquet facilities to accommodate a minimum of 400 persons to 75 persons passed by the Thirty-Fourth Legislature of the Virgin Islands at its regular session held on December 23, 2021, (a copy of which is attached hereto) and vetoed by the Governor on January 14, 2022, was duly enacted by override by the Thirty-Fourth Legislature at its regular session held on March 24. 2022. pursuant to section 9(d) of (he Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 48 U.S.C. § DATEDA3OI 2øZ1 ATTEST: iy Genevieve R.
