Title 3, section 1203, Virgin Islands Code, is amended by adding subsection (i) to read; “(i) To enforce the provisions of this chapter, any investigator of the Office of the V.I. Inspector Genera] as designated by the V.I. Inspector General shal] have the same powers and authorization as those of a peace officer to make arrests under title 5, section 3562 of this Code.” _ Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 11, 2004.
