ACTNO. 7914 BILL NO. 31-0420 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Department of Public Works and the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much as may be necessary, are appropriated from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes to the Department of Public Works and the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. …
