ACTNO. 8351 BILL NO. 33-0397 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act providing an appropriation to the Public Services Commission for the fiscal year October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 for operating expenses ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $1,794,456 or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated out of any available funds in the Public Services Commission Revolving Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021 to the Public Services Commission for operating expenses.
