GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Public Services Commission Docket No. 559 IN RE ) ) Order No. 09/2012 ) ) DOCKET SPECIFIC ASSESSMENT Order By action taken in the notice meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission on March 30, 2012, and pursuant to Title 30, Section 25, of the Virgin Islands Code, the following assessment is made to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“VI WAPA”): Docket Description Amount No. 559 VI WAPA QF Generation Expansion Activities $ 2,000.00 Full payment is to be made within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order.
