ACTNO. 7708 BILL NO. 30-0505 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act ratifying Minor Coastal Zone Management Permit No. CZT-9-13 (FL) to (Percy’s) Bus Stop, Inc., which allows the Permittee to bring the existing restaurant and nightclub into compliance with the requirements of the Virgin Islands Code and allows the continued use and occupancy of the 11,730 square feet of filled submerged land described as Parcel No. 47E-6 Kronprindsens Gade, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands ---0-—- WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued Minor Coastal Zone Management Permit No. CZT-9-13 (FL) to (Percy’s) Bus Stop. Inc. on July 29, 2014, and the Governor approved the Permit on August 1, 2014; and WHEREAS, the Permit allows the (Percy’s) Bus Stop, Inc. to bring the existing restaurant and nightclub into compliance with the requirements of the Virgin Islands Code and allows the continued use and occupancy of the 11,730 square feet of filled submerged land described as Parcel No. 47E-6 Kronprindsens Gade, St. …
