Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Repiesentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled^ That the periods of time Doctor Gottfried R. Kaestner has resided in the United States since his lawful admission for permanent residence on July 17, 1959, shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical pres- ence requirements of section 816 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended. Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Repiesentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled^ That the periods of time Doctor Gottfried R. Kaestner has resided in the United States since his lawful admission for permanent residence on July 17, 1959, shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical pres- ence requirements of section 816 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended. Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled^ That, notwithstand- ing the provisions of section 5146 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, as amended (12 U.S.C. 72), Edward C, Bower shall not, prior to January 1, 1971, be disabled by reason of his Canadian citizenship from serving as a director of the Virgin Islands National Bank.
