Vialet, Chairman of the 8 Committee on Finance, committee members, other members of the 34th 9 Legislature, members of my executive team, and the members of the 10 listening and viewing audience. I am Trevor A. Velinor, Commissioner of 11 the United States Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD). Thank you for 12 the opportunity to discuss the budget for Fiscal Years 2022 and 2023. 13 I come before you today to affirm the tireless efforts of the Virgin 14 Islands Police Department employees to continuously perform tasks, 15 often with limited resources.
