WW AVS ACINO, 7119 BILL NO. 28-0125 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act appropriating the sum of $23,500,000 from the Transportation Trust Fund as a contribution to the General Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 V.I.C., §3003a (e) and (f), the sum of $23,500,000 is appropriated out of the Transportation Trust Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, as a contribution to the General Fund.
