Chitolie dba Chitolie Truckins Services whose address is Plot 2 & 4 Cassava Gardens" Christiansted. VI 00820 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"). U.S. Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, the Supply Contract expires pursuant to its terms onMay 31.2022; artd WIIEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Supply Contract, to extend the term of the contract to November 30. 2022 subject to the terms and conditions set forth below to ensure unintemrpted services during the hurricane season and natural disasters; and WIIEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Supply Contract, to add a one (1) year renewal option, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below; NOW THEREFORE, for mutual and valuable consideration, the undersigned contracting parties agree to amend the Contract as follows: TERMS AND CONDITTONS 1. The Contract, is hereby amended by deleting all existing language contained in Section III and replacing it with l4nguage as follows: This Contract shall -commence on June 1. 2021. and shall terminate on November 30. 2022. unless mutually extended or terminated by the Parties. The Government in its sole discretion will have the option to extend the services under this Contract for a one-year period commencing December l" 2022 and terminating November 30. 2023. No alterations or variations of the terms of the proposal shall be valid or binding upon the Government unless made in writing and approved by the Government.
