ACTNO. 8528 BILL NO. 34-0163 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act to rezone Parcel No. 10D Estate Mariendahl, No. 4 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business- Scattered) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 10D Estate Mariendahl, No. 4 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 0.51U.S. acres as more fully described on Drawing No. D9-9342-T019 dated April 15, 2019, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
