ACTNO. 7165 BILL NO. 28-0210 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act to rezone Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for Parcels Nos. A-1-16, A-1-17, and A-1-18 Estate Thomas, 6 K New Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No.STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcels Nos. A-1-16, A-1-17, and A-1-18 Estate Thomas, 6 K New Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 2.42 U.S. acres, more or less, as more adequately described in P.W.D. Map No. D9-4351-T88, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands dated October 19, 1987 from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density).
