ACT NO. 68809 BILL NO. 26-0294 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act providing a contribution from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees: Increment Fund tothe General..Fund.for fiscal vear October 1, 2996 to September 30, 2007 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 V. I. C. §3066 (b), there is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, the sum of $8,500,000 from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund as a contribution to the General Fund.
