Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources is pleased to announce that the Talking Books Library will host its next Book Club with Nina Garcia on Wednesday, July 9th at 10:00 a.m. The event will take place at the Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Challenged, now located within the Florence Williams Library in Christiansted.
