Act No. 7453 § 2A, as amended by Act No. 7599 § 9 (e) is amended by striking “Department of Sports, Parks & Recreation for the construction of a recreational facility in Estate Caiquohoun on the island of St. Croix” and inserting in its place: “Virgin Islands Police Department to renovate the Police Athletic League facility at #59 Estate Whim, St. Croix, Virgin Islands”.
