Learn why this is important Good day Ms. LaPlace, Concerns/Questions for the public hearing: - Many of the roads in St. Joseph and Rosendahl are narrow and only allow for one vehicle to traverse at a time and have potholes. With 80 units being built, many more vehicles will be traversing the area which will increase traffic and possibly create more potholes. How will traffic be handled in that area? Will a new entrance and exit be created specially to access the units? - Will there be a bin placed nearby the 80 units for trash collection? - Will the unit be built with cisterns or will there be potable water? …
