ACTNO. 712 BILL NO. 30-0534 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act granting a use variance to Plot No. 20A Strand Street and Plot No. 5BB Smith Street, Christiansted, St. Croix —0-—- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, Chapter 3, section 238a a zoning use variance is granted from the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning district requirements for Plot No. 20A Strand Street and Plot No. 5BB Smith Street, Christiansted, St. Croix consisting of approximately 6580 square feet collectively, as more fully described on PWD Drawing No.2638 dated July 16, 1969, for the purpose of renovating the existing building on the premises to operate a mixed-use facility for juice manufacturing featuring space for bottling, retail sales, storage, office space, and living quarters. All other requirements of the R-3 zoning district continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 19, 2014. …
