Ms. Capdeville has been a tireless advocate for families and youth throughout the Virgin Islands. Through her work as a social worker, board member, and community leader, she has helped strengthen our community and expand opportunities for countless young people. Head Start represents one of our most critical investments in the future of the Virgin Islands, providing essential early childhood education and family support services. It is especially fitting that this facility bear the name of someone who has dedicated her life to uplifting and empowering others. …
