Pursuant to of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcels Nos. 18-M-Remainer and 18-H Estate Bovoni, Nos. 1 and 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 20.471 U.S. acres, more or less, as more adequately described on P.W.D.
