ACT NO. 7788 BILL NO. 31-0201 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act providing for the lump sum appropriation from the Indirect Cost Fund for salaries, operating expenses and for other purposes, of the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for the fiscal year October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much of them as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Indirect Cost Fund for operating expenses, including wages and salaries, and other purposes to the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for fiscal year October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016. …
