ACT NO.6645 BILL NO. 25-0069 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To transfer the operational aspect of the East End Family Health Center and the Frederiksted Health Center/Ingeborg Nesbitt Clinic to the St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation and the Frederiksted Health Care, Inc. respectively and for other purposes ---0--- WHEREAS, The Frederiksted Health Care, Inc. (hereinafter “FHC Inc.”) and the St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation (hereafter “STEEMCC’”) are not for profit corporations, organized under the corporation laws of the United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, FHC, Inc. and STEEMCC are recipients of Section 330 Community Health Center Grants from the Health Resources Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; and WHEREAS, FHC, Inc. …
