Title 30 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 5. subchapter V, section 127 is amended in the following instances: (a) Subsection (a) is amended as follows I ) In paragraph (1) (A) Strike ‘‘three billing cycles of approximately thirty days each’’ and insert “one billing cycle”: (B) Strike “three months” and insert “onc month” (C) Strike “such cycles” and insert “such cycle” (2) In paragraph (2) (A) Strike “three billing cycles of approximately thirty days each” and insert “one billing cycle”; (B) Strike “three months” and insert “one month” (b) Re-designate subsection (h) as subsection (c) and insert a new subsection (b) to read as “(b) For purposes of this cha …
