ACTNO. 7995 BILL NO. 32-0113 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act ratifying Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-25-16W issued to Sanctuary Holding, LLC for the installation of eight moorings to be completed in two phases at No. 23 Estate Frenchman’s Bay, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands a--Q--- WHEREAS, Sanctuary Holding, LLC applied for a Minor Coastal Zone Permit to install eight moorings seaward of Parcel No. 23, Estate Frenchman’s Bay, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands on June 6, 2016; and WHEREAS, on November 22. 2016, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, Dawn L. Henry, approved Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-25-16W which authorizes Sanctuary Holding, LLC to install eight moorings in two phases seaward of Parcel No. 23, Estate Frenchman’s Bay, St. Thomas; and WHEREAS, the Honorable Kenneth E.
