UNDER the authority of Section 227 of the Revenue Act of 1921 a general extension of time has been granted up to and including May 15, 1922 in which to file fiduciary returns, Form 1041, part- nership and personal service corporation returns, Form 1065, and inlormation re- turns covering compensation paid to em- ployees (Forms 1099 and 1096) which may be required to be filed in connection with the fiduciary and partnership and p=r- sonal service corporation returns. This extension has been granted with re- spect to the returns above mentio ed which are required to be filed for the calendar year 1921 or for any fiscal year ending in 1921.
