No package units or direct handling units are permitted in the District. . 3. Only split systems utilizing a separate compressor unit and a separate fan coil unit may be used in the District. 4. All locations for equipment and electrical service must be approved by the Commission prior to location and or installation of same. 5. All equipment should be located in such manner as to minimize it's visual impact on the surrounding area(s).
