London, June 21st.--The King and Queen were given a remarkable send offt at ‘he railway station here today when they departed for Holyhead on the way to Belfast to participate in the state opening of the Ulster Parliament tomor- row, A great crowd had gathered, repeat- edly cheering the king and queen and sang the national anthem. Al intervals in the cheering there were many shouts of ‘‘Good Luck’” and ‘‘safe return to your Majesties’””. The station was gaily decorated. The King and Queen will embark at Holyhead on the royal Yatch early tomorrow and proceed to Belfast. Barbados. June 22nd. —Lt. Colonel Jen- kins C. M.G. Colonial Secretary sailed by S.S. Cho- lera was said to be raging ir the south- ern and middle provinces of Russia and it was said that there was hardiy a part of Russia free from malaria. The health commissioner attributed the epidemic - to enormous swarms of flies and gnats which are carrying the disease. Paris, June 22nd.—French, British and Italian Ministers to Greece sent a communication to the Govt. in Athens vesterday, exiending an offer of media- tion on the part of the Allies between the Turks and the Greeks.
