ACTNO. 8431 BILL NO. 33-0464 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act to rezone Plot No. 1AEA Estate Diamond, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. [AEA Estate Diamond, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 1.271 U.S. acres as more fully described on Drawing No. 559 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
