ACTNO. 7469 BILL NO. 29-0459 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act granting a use variance to Parcel No. 33-1 Estate Elizabeth No. 8 I Northside Quarter, St. Thomas to the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to allow for the conversion of an existing dwelling unit to be converted into a Law Firm ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238a, a use variance is granted to Parcel No. 33-1 Estate Elizabeth No. 81 Great Northside Quarter, St. Thomas Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.29 U.S. acres, as shown on PWD Drawing No. G9-1957-172 from the uses permitted in the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning district to allow for the operation of a law firm in an existing structure. All other requirements of the R-2 zoning district continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 20, 2012. …
