ACTNO, 7721 BILL NO. 30-0544 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act ratifying Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-02-14(W) issued to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority ---0--- WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-02-14(W) to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority on November 10, 2014, and the Governor approved the Permit on November 13, 2014; and WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-02-14(W) allows for the continued use and occupancy of an existing 300’ x 5’ jetty, including a 30’x15’ platform; a 125” catwalk; two dolphins and a loading arm; the installation of a new marine loading arm; the installation of new fenders on the mooring piles; the installation of two new mooring piles approximately 9’ in front of the dock and the installation of two additional mooring piles to receive breast lines from feeder vessels. …
