ACT NO.6633 BILL NO. 25-0137 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To provide for the lump-sum appropriation from the Health Revolving Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2003, through September 30, 2004 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes specified, is appropriated from the Health Revolving Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2004. The sum shall remain available until expended. FISCAL YR 2004 FUND 314000 HEALTH REVOLVING FUND ORG 3600 DEPT. OF HEALTH C/CNTR E14368 HEALTH REVOLVING FUND TOTAL C/CNTR E14368 2,898,967 TOTAL ORG 3600 2,898,967 TOTAL FUND 314000 2,898,967 SECTION 2. The provisions of title 2 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, section 28(b) do not apply to the expenditure of funds from the lump-sum budget granted to the Department of Health in section 1 of this Act. 2 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 20, 2003. …
