ACTNO. 6793 BILL NO. 26-0148 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To enact the Omnibus Authorization Act of 2006 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. This Act shall be known and may be [cited as “The Omnibus Authorization Act of 2006”. , SECTION 2. Title 3, Virgin Islands Code, sections 27e, 96, 99 and 99a are amended by striking “vocational” and inserting “career and technical”. SECTION 3. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, section “oe is amended by striking “Cramers” and inserting “St. Croix”. SECTION 4. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, section 570, subsection (a) is amended by inserting “and corrections officers of the Department of Human Services” after “Bureau of Corrections” and inserting “and police officers, firemen and crew chiefs of the Virgin Islands Port Authority.” SECTION 5. …
