ACTNO. 8520 BILL NO. 34-0160 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act to rezone Plots Nos. 1-A Estate Little Princess, 1-H Estate Golden Rock and Rem. Plot No. 1-HA Estate Golden Rock, Company Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plots Nos. 1-A Estate Little Princess, 1-H Estate Golden Rock and Rem. Plot No. 1-HA Estate Golden Rock, Company Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 1.3665 U.S. acres as more fully described on PWD Drawing No. 1026, dated March 2, 1961, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density).
