ACT NO. 7164 BILL NO. 28-0209 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act to rezone Parcel No. 131, Estate Contant-Enighed, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John form R-4 (Residential — Medium Density) to B-4 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-2 for the island of St. John, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 131 Estate Contant-Enighed Cruz Bay Quarter, consisting of approximately 7,800 sq. ft., as more fully depicted on P.W.D. measure brief dated February 14, 1947, from R-4 (Residential— Medium Density) to B-4 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood), with the condition that a wall fence located at the property’s western and northern boundaries must be retained.
