CZJ-2-20 (L) Scope
Scope: Lovango Island Holdings, LLP proposes minor modifications to our original development plan in order to provide additional detail and clarity. The parcels affected by this modification are as follows: • Parcel 1-T • Parcel 1-A-2 • Parcel 1-D-3 • Parcel 1-D-2 • Parcel 1-H In our original Environmental Assessment Report (EAR), we committed to increasing renewable energy production on Lovango Island. At that time, the specific location and size of the required system had not been determined. We now plan to proceed with the installation of several solar arrays, along with a central battery storage facility, to generate approximately 70% of our power from solar energy. This modification does not change the overall ground coverage, bed count, or lot occupancy, all of which remain within the parameters set by this permit and the Planned Area Development (PAD). Additionally, the amount of Common Open Space exceeds the PAD’s required 40%, maintaining ample space as originally intended.
