ACT NO.65 45 BILL NO 24-0273 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To provide an appropnation from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund for Fiscal Year October 1, 2002, to September 30, 2003 ---(--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1.
