ACTNO. 8541 BILL NO. 34-0227 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act approving the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority’s Three-Year Affordable Housing Pian 2022-2024 —o— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 2! Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, section 103a, the Legislature of the Virgin Islands approves the Three-Year Affordable Housing Plan 2022-2024, dated March 15, 2022, submitted by the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority.
