) FMA GY BILL NO. 28-0307 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act to authorize the Commissioner of Public Works to utilize available funding sources to repair roads damaged by the storms of calendar year 2010 =O Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the Commissioner of Public Works may expend from any existing road funds up to $4,000,000 in the St. Thomas-St. John District and up to $4,200,000 in the St. Croix District to undertake emergency road repairs throughout the Territory on the roads damaged by the severe weather experienced throughout the Territory in the calendar year 2010.
