Section 43. No demand for taxes shall he necessary, but it shall be the duty of every person subject to taxation to call at the office of the fiscal apent and pay his tax in full, for which purpose notice shall be posted in the most freguented publie places and in the local papers of the Municipality not later than the first day of the month that the said annual tax is to be collected. Taxes shall be received at the office of the fiscal agent on all days during office hours, except Sundays and legal holidays. ORIGINAL SECTION 54 becomes Sec- tion 44.
