ACT NO.6442 BILL NO. 24-0120 TWENTY- FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To provide an appropriation from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund for Fiscal Year October 1, 2001 to September 30, 2002 a | BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of funds available in the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund, created pursuant to 26 USC (Public Law 98-67) for Fiscal Year October 1, 2001 to September 30, 2002 and shall remain available until expended for projects and purposes hereafter expressly named: Fiscal Yr 2002 FUND 263100 Caribbean Basin Initiative ORG 3100 Finance C/CNTR BC1201 Contribution to Gen Fund 95000 Other Services & Charges 3,149,634 Total ORG 3100 3,149,634 Total FUND 263100 3,149,634 GRAND TOTAL 3,149,634 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 24, 2001.
