ACTNO. 6751 BILL NO. 26.0033 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2005 To provide fox the wansfer of real property located on Water Island to the Virem Islands Housing Finance Authority, a land use study and plan for Water Islend and an appropriation —O-= BR if ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin islands SECTION A. Subject to any restrictive covenants, easements, servitudes or conditions imposed by the Government of the United States of America, Department of Interior and section 2 of this Act, the Govermor shall transfer to the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority 30 percent of the two hundred acres of real property on Water Island granted to the Government of the Virgin Islands by the Goverament of the United Staics Department of Intesior. SECTION 2. The Govemor shal} conduct a lend use Study on, and develop a jand use plan for the two hundred ecres on Water Island transferred to the Goverment of the Virgin Islands by the Government of the United States of America, Deparment of Interior. …

ACTNO. 6751 BILL NO. 26.0033 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2005 To provide fox the wansfer of real property located on Water Island to the Virem Islands Housing Finance Authority, a land use study and plan for Water Islend and an appropriation —O-= BR if ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin islands SECTION A. Subject to any restrictive covenants, easements, servitudes or conditions imposed by the Government of the United States of America, Department of Interior and section 2 of this Act, the Govermor shall transfer to the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority 30 percent of the two hundred acres of real property on Water Island granted to the Government of the Virgin Islands by the Goverament of the United Staics Department of Intesior. The Governur shall submit a copy of the land use study plan to the Legislature’s Committee on Housing, Sports and Veterans’ Affairs no later than one hundred eighty days after the effective date of this Act. SECTION 3. The sum of $75,000 is appropriated from any available finds in the Treasury of the Govemment of the Virgin Islands in the fiscul year ending Septergber 30, 2005, to conduct the land use study mandated under section 2 of this Act.
