ACTNO. $132 BILL NO. 32-0193 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANIS Regular Session 2018 An Act to honor and commend the Honorable Eileen Ramona Petersen for her service to the community, to name the Virgin Islands Casino Control Commission Building in her honor, and to make an appropriation ---0--- WHEREAS, the Honorable Eileen Ramona Petersen was born on the island of St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, Eileen Ramona Petersen is a graduate of the Virgin Islands Public School System; and WHEREAS, Eileen Ramona Petersen attended Hampton Institute, now Hampton University where she was awarded the coveted Ford Foundation’s all-expenses-paid five- year scholarship.
