s/AWCJR AMENDMENT TO BILL NO. 36-0209 Offered by Senator Hubert L. Frederick Bill No. 36-0209, section 1, internal section 1018 is amended as follows: (a) In subsection (b), strike “$500 per incident.” and insert the following language: “$2,000 for the first offense and $3,000 for the second offense. Any third and subsequent offense is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $5,000 and imprisonment for not more than 30 days.” (b) In subsection (e), in the second sentence, strike “from civil penalties imposed under this section” and insert “under subsection (b)”.
