ACTNO, %81o BILL NO. 31-0186 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act appropriating $35,000 from the Casino Revenue Fund to be used as matching funds for the USDA Support Service Grant Program ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $35,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, from the Casino Revenue Fund to the Department of Finance to be used exclusively for matching requirements of the USDA Support Service Grant Program to aid in the expansion of Farm-to-School activities in the Virgin Islands. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 17, 2015. Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this Latkoay of January, AD, 2016.
