Act No. 6314 (BILL NO. 23-0122) (Approved December 1, 1999) To appropriate monies from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund to the Department of Public Works for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000 and for other purposes Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, created by Act No. 5661 (Bill No. 18-0320), enacted December 28, 1990, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000 and shall remain available until expended for the purposes hereafter expressly named: FUND 468100 ANTILITTER & BEAUTI. …
