ACTNO, 7349 BILL NO. 29-0294 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act granting a use variance to Parcel Nos. 19-2-101 and 19-2-102 Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, a use variance in the R-2 (Residential-Low Density — One and Two-Family) zoning designation is granted to Parcel Nos. 19-2-101 and 19-2-102 Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, to allow for conversion of an existing single-family dwelling into a family-style, neighborhood restaurant. All other requirements of the R-2 (Residential-Low Density — One and Two-Family) zoning district will continue to apply. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on February 9, 2012.
